My first home buying experience was exhausting. What was supposed to be an exciting activity turned out to be more of a burden. This experience taught me the lesson of being prepared and well informed.I have been a Top Producer in my previous company for the past 10 years, which has led me to focus on finding the right product and service for my clients’ needs and wants.
I understand the complexity of buying Real Estate in the City of Toronto. As a first time buyer, you may not know where to begin. You must do your research on mortgage rates; whether it’s potentially increasing or decreasing. Should you lock in with variable or fixed? At the same time, you would also be dealing with sales offices, real estate agents; some good and some bad. Whatever I write about Michael’s support and outstanding service will not give him justice. I’m a newcomer, landed in the country during a pandemic and I was really struggling to find a rental place. Michael stepped up, took the time to explain the process and to set an action plan to find me a great rental place within few days. Michael was always very responsive, positive, hard working and caring. His advice were genuine, he gave particular attention to my needs and acted accordingly. We found a perfect place for me. Michael was even there during my move-in to make sure I was satisfied with the place and he checked in a week later to make sure I was doing good. Today, I consider Michael a friend and I will definitely reach out to him whenever I need an awesome realtor.
